The fan seems to be of good quality it went up easily it's very lightweight and very quiet throws off a lot of air. I've only been using it for a couple of days now so I can't really comment on the longevity but initial reaction is it looks pretty solid.

I bought two of these fans. The retro propeller look is attractive and has brought several compliments. They are very lightweight with the DC motor, compared to the clunky old AC fans they replaced. The memory function a nice feature, so my pre-existing wall power switch is all I need to use, as the fan turns back on to the same setting as before power was removed. The remote works nicely too, and allows 6 speeds plus reversal of direction. The fan moves quite a bit of air and is completely silent. Due to our 40-degree ceiling slope, I had to also buy the 45 degree sloped ceiling adapter and 36" downrod. The installation of all these elements was a challenge, involving some metal drilling to add 4 more screw positions, and wiring through the downrod (I replaced the connectors with WAGO lever nuts and the thin wire with 18-gauge; see picture). But it was worth it, especially with the great customer support provided (my email questions were answered within a day). I will never go back to old AC fans again.

I bought 3 of these and replaced some 20+ year old ones. They are sleek and perform amazingly well! Quiet and lots of air flow. Planning to buy more!

Great looking Fan. Moves a lot of air. Install is simple unless you have a small area to tuck all of the wires along with the remote antenna like I did and then it is a pain. There is a few second lag for the fan to start moving after turning it on which is strange. Hopefully it lasts for many years. It is quiet and Love the look.

Outdoor Ceiling Fan is fantastic - works great and looks great! Customer service is top tier. I had a new home built. Contractor installed the fan. Not sure if he made a mistake or if the original fan I had was defective - either way, their support team went to work for me right away. They were very informative , sent me new parts to try to remedy the situation - when that didn’t work a brand new fan was shipped immediately , no charge. The new fan works and looks great as I said. We are super pleased with this product. We also used this brand inside our home in multiple rooms and with 4 different styles. They all work great and look fantastic. Highly recommend !!!!

We purchased this fan to replace an existing fan that did not wobble, in fact the old fan never wobbled. The BOOSANT fan moves a lot of volume, but wobbles on low speeds and just gets worse as speeds increase. Speed 4 made a loud humming sound, but it eventually worked itself out and after half a day, the hum has stopped. Getting help through Amazon has been a cluster because every option to contact the seller leads us to Amazon's virtual assistant who offers a return or replacement. I have no idea how others actually reached this seller, because after the time installing the fan on a high ceiling, it the blades are the problem, we would like to just receive new blades then to go through the hassle of disassembling the fan and getting a replacement. Going to their website directs you back to Amazon. It's a never-ending circle with no one to contact, so looks like this is going back. We strongly suggest future buyers consider the difficulty of contacting the company for support and the number of reviews that have problems with wobbling.

Outstanding customer service. Fan failed two years into operation. Our contact with the company (Betty) requested some troubleshooting steps. We complied, and sent her the results. After reviewing those results, she shipped replacement parts with zero payment from us. Installed the replacement receiver and remote. Fan works as new now. Process took two weeks; delays due to shipping time and email delay.

Very nice and quiet. It took some time to put up but it's very beautiful..! Worth the price.
