YOUSHARES Pop Filter for Blue Yeti, Yeti Pro Condenser Microphones, Blue Yeti Mic Cover Foam Microphone Windscreen Improve Sound Quality (Black)

I used this YOUSHARES pop filter and mic cover for my Blue Yeti for years, and it made a real difference in my audio quality. It fits perfectly over the mic and helps cut out those harsh S sounds, plosives, and hisses. If you’re recording or streaming, a good pop filter is a must, and this one does the job well. The cover is sturdy and durable for the price, I got years of use out of it before it finally wore out and started to rip, which is honestly expected after heavy use. It’s easy to put on and take off, and it doesn’t mess with the look of the microphone. I often double up with another pop filter just to get that extra clean sound, but even used alone, this filter noticeably improves audio by reducing background noise and keeping your voice clear. It was totally compatible with my Blue Yeti and Yeti Pro, and I never had any issues with fit or function. If you’re looking to step up your recording or streaming setup without spending a lot, this is a great little investment. It holds up, works as intended, and is a solid value for the money. Very satisfied with how it performed!

Fits on the microphone it’s intended for very well. Quality is good. Not much else you can say for a piece of foam that’s a cover.

First you dont have to buy this! Without it the sound is easy to collect and also the surrounding noise is also easy to collect. the reason i brought this is because my friend in discord said my voice is kind blurry. few reason might cause this is, my blue yeti is not that close to my mouth, it's just by my keyboard, so i have to volume up to make people to hear me in discord, and there are 4 types of mode for sound collecting u can choose in blue yeti, I chose focus one. I dont know if these are the reason that cause my voice to be blurry. So i was wondering what if i buy this thing, just like the hyperX i used before. Here is what happened after i put this thing on. My blue yeti sound collecting ability got decreased a lot. focus mode is no longer available for me, cuz it's away from my mouth just like i said before. so I have to use the default one, i think it's stereo. after i adjust the volume of my sound, my friend told me it's perfect now.

I mean, it works, but I wouldn't call it amazing. It does it's job. The quality is alright. The value, however, isn't as great. I did find a 2-pack that was supposed to be the same quality for the same price, but that was after I already purchased it. Would I recommend it? Probably, it isn't bad or anything.

To be honest, I wasn't expecting for this windscreen to be as effective as it turned out to be. Having read some of the lower rating reviews, I was growing wary, but upon making my purchase and receiving the windscreen I ordered, I was very relieved to see just how well it was made and also how well it held onto my mic! I highly recommend this windscreen to anybody looking for a cheap alternative to a pop filter, but I still recommend you get a pop filter, as it gets the job done, and takes up far less space! Update 2/21/24: I'm still using this windscreen and it's worked like a charm! Due to the nature of the Blue Yeti microphone, I'd say you won't need anything more than this windscreen if you set the mic up correctly, as it basically does what a pop filter would do, just in a lower profile, so if you need a lower profile alternative to a pop filter, this little cover will work just fine!

Simple item but to ship it they made it flat but it still looks great and works to keep the spit and the dust and vermin off the mic itself. I change these every few months. A tad overpriced for a 5 cent item. I worked in China. I know what these things cost.

I went through a few of these from Guitar Center and Sam Ash. Both fit akwardly and were [obviously] not so cheap. I couldn't belive I found this and for only $6!!! Fits my Blue Yeti Mic perfectly! Looks a little goofy or like some kind of modern mushroom thing but that's due to the mic design - the function makes it all worth it!

Great microphone

I am using Samson G-Track Pro and this Windscreen of blue yeti fits perfectly over the Samson G-Track Pro. As you know the Samson G-Track Pro usb mic has no foam windshield by stock and you will not even get any aftermarket windscreen/pop filter for this mic. Luckily this amazing quality windscreen has been a perfect Fit. And I suggest other users too.

Algunas personas se quejan de que el producto llega empacado al vacío y por lo mismo comprimido. Muchas esponjas de sonido se empacan así. Aquí un pequeño tip de años de experiencia. Tras sacar la esponja del empaque no la fuerces sobre el micrófono para que no se rompa, humedécela un poco bajo la llave del agua fría y exprímela con mucha suavidad, después ponla en el microondas por lapsos de 20 o 30 segundos hasta que esté seca. NO LA COLOQUES HÚMEDA EN EL MICRÓFONO. Al irse secando se esponja. Esta foto la tomé 10 minutos después de sacar la esponja del empaque. Ya no tiene marcas ni dobleces. Si no te da confianza ponerla en el microondas, humedécela, exrímela suavemente y dejala secar por un par de horas en un lugar seco, sin sol directo. Eso también ayuda. Es un muy buen producto para su precio.

Quality is ok but not super But over priced Just ok buy it don't think much about it reduce noise from wind that's good
