I won't say it's life changing, but it sure made a huge difference at our company. I was afraid it would be too heavy for our housekeeper, a very small lady, but she was able to use it as easily as a selfpropelled vacuum cleaner. I'm still admiring our floors every time I go out on them.

Wow, I’ve never seen my travertine tile and marble tile floors so clean so fast. Just make sure you go ahead and order the side/edge cleaning brush and cleaning solution when you buy your machine. I got the Black Diamond floor cleaning solution and looking forward to receiving the Majestic floor cleaner/polish to use on my marble floors. Extremely pleased with the results and my purchase.

Does an awesome job! I use it almost daily for business. Currently in shop due to a broken gear inside of drum. Otherwise the motor has never given out. Cord should be rethought and redesigned to last longer. Plastic cover for water collection tray broke off in first month of use and should be designed to withstand business use. If you're going to clean mainly carpets like myself go ahead and remove the collection tray during use. This reduces strain on motor. Blue brushes work best on carpet even though they're not meant for carpets. In my case I need the more aggressive brushes. I wish Powr-Flite would offer just a CRB made with metal internal gears. I plan on buying another unit as a back up.

Overall, it’s a decent machine but you have to go slow with it and it’s a little bit hard to get your edges with it. If you go fast with it, it does not do a good job so you have to take your time with it.
