## Questions & Answers

**Q: Has anyone tried a 1 7/8" hole saw? Mine is pretty loose with a 2" hole saw.**
A: Good catch, Tim.  I did the same thing. A tighter fit , and less chance of post-install movement. I think the instructions call out a 2" hole for the sake of making it easier, but a snugger fit is a great idea. !!

**Q: does it work for half inch thick hole through flake wood ??**
A: sure - just use a little gorilla glue around it to keep it tight.  I had to grind my 2in hole saw on the outside of the teeth  to get a nice push fit -2in hole saws have some inherent wobble and cut a slightly oversize hole for these grommets.
