UPDATE: I bought this product a few years ago (original review below). I was SEVERELY anemic to the point I was hospitalized for passing out at work and they were ready to give me an iron IV drip, which I refused. I'd tried drugstore iron pills, liquid iron, gentle iron, etc., and could go a few days before the iron would make me sick to my stomach. Didn't matter the brand or quality. I read somewhere that beetroot crystals, blackstrap molasses, chlorophyll, and iron rich foods would resolve it. So I took all of that (details in my older review following this update). I was sent to a hematologist/oncologist who tested my iron and VOILA! problem was gone! I had no side effects like I was getting from iron supplementation. I felt so great. Sorry it took me so long to update. I forgot I even wrote this review, but just bought another bottle of this stuff -- not because of any health issue. -- I just remembered I liked the taste and how good I felt, and then went to submit a review and stumbled upon my old review. Here's my former review: This is such an amazing product. I bought it due to persistent iron deficiency anemia after reading up on it that it is a nutritional powerhouse for anemia. I have been drinking it mixed with purified water 3 times per day for the last week, taking it alongside chlorophyll and organic blackstrap molasses, as well as gentle iron supplements. It has only been a week, so I have not been re-tested for my anemia, but my review is on taste and quality. Next time I have labs drawn I will report.I also have squeezed a whole fresh lemon into it, and it tastes so refreshing. I have always loved beets, and eat them raw-shredded in salads, blended in soups and smoothies, and roasted. Since I don't have fresh beets in the house all the time, this is a great way to get their nutritional power on a daily basis. I even dumped a spoonful of the crystals in my ginger ale the other day and it was really good. I just ordered my second jar, because I am almost through the first since I'm dosing 3x's/day.If you're not a fan of beets, you may need to mix this with another juice or beverage, because it does taste like fresh beets. That's right, I hate the taste of beets. I've never liked them and think that they taste like dirt. I do however love all of the health benefits of eating beets. These beet crystals came highly recommended to me. The difference in taste is HOW you eat them. The instructions say to dissolve the crystals in water, or add them to a smoothie, but I like to eat them dry right off the spoon. I let them dissolved in my mouth a little before I chew them up. Then I wash them down with a giant glass of water. I have no idea why they taste different when I eat them like this, but they are so delicious that I find myself craving them!

The beet juice powder tastes great, mixes with water instantly and easy to use. It's a bit expensive. I (41M) have been using it for almost 2 weeks but no reduction in blood pressure nor do I feel any boost in energy etc., but the product makes a great addition to my morning breakfast!

I love this product but quality control needs some help. Two of the last four jars have only een 2/3 full. That said, the product itself is AMAZING!!!

I bought this product because I've heard that beets are good for your liver and that this gives you energy. I was hesitant because to be honest I've never been a fan of beets but I do not drink enough water and I thought that at the very least this would help me to drink more in a healthy way. It mixes easily in water and dissolves completely with no grittiness whatsoever . I was amazed at how much I liked the taste and how energetic I felt after drinking it! I look forward to drinking this every day and it keeps me from drinking frappacinos and other not so good for you sweetened energy drinks. The fact that it's organic is an added bonus and even though I paid full price for this I think of the money I save by not buying other energy drinks. I love this product and will definitely purchase it again!

I use this for a pre workout. Two tablespoons in room temp water. I found that they don’t dissolve in cold water from the fridge. Taste is a lot better than beet root powder. Feels like it helps my workouts.

I ordered this product based on a recommendation from another since a recent blood pressure tests showed that I had an 'elevated' reading. After using this product, was tested again, and "back to my normal range". I credit this product. Will continue to use (ordered my 2nd jar). It is easy to take and besides... beets are good for you.

Exposure to air turns the crystals hard as a rock. They come in a glass jar that is not full, so a couple of weeks after I opened it, all the crystals solidified into an extremely hard blob in the jar. The product itself seemed good, but it’s rather expensive to have half of it become almost unusable. I’ve tried chipping off pieces with a knife inside the jar, but it is not very effective & is much more work than I want to do.

Good Product!U even get happy from it and it helps you develop your strenght and also gives a good stamina!!!!
