AMO 58"
They failed to write an accurate description of what you're buying. It's not a 62" bow. The AMO is 58". I ended up keeping it because it's a damn good bow and feels great in your hand. Also, the shorter length will be beneficial while stalking through thicker brush. They need to do a better job of packing the bow as well. The tips punched through the cardboard box and the plastic bag the bow was wrapped in while in transit. One tip went all the way through. Luckily it did not damage the bow.

Shoots as Great as it Looks!
Very pleased with the bow. As with most other bear products, you're getting a lot of bow for your money. Beautiful finish and lots of fun to shoot. It does have an exceptionally chubby grip, but it is very comfortable in hand. It's a fairly loud bow, so be sure to get the silencing goodies to help compensate for it. Not sure why, but it feels a bit heavier than other 50# recurves I've drawn, even other 50#ers in the bear line. But overall, great bow for the money.

Very Nice Bow quality made in USA
Donโt make the mistake (Like I did) and order too much draw Weight cause there is no โlet offโ like a compound. Mikes Archery was most excellent in getting me a 30# instead of of the #50 I ordered.

Low quality "bear hair arrow rest"
On the first day of use the bear hair arrow rest the front edge started separating from the base. The "bear hair" was applied to a piece of textile, the threads of the textile also separated, hanging, sticking out from the rest looking like a flimsy patch glued to the bow. In a few days of regular use almost the whole bear hair arrow rest got separated so that it interfered with shooting and I took it off. What is left is the trace of the glue applied by the manufacturer, one of the best and most famous American bow makers. Sad reflection of quality control, testing and paying attention to details. Other parts were acceptable but poor bear hair arrow rest ruined the image of the bow and the experience. The Bear Archery Grizzly Recurve Bow does not have an acceptable "bear hair arrow rest" and this affects the function and aesthetics of the bow..

Bear quality DOWN for 2021
I never saw a Bear bow like this so poorly made. Look at the photo to see what I am detailing. The reinforced tip is delaminated with rough fiberglass protruding with the other area sanded nearly to the wood; super disappointed in this. Not the Bear brand quality I expect at all. Absolutely unacceptable, Bear needs to find and terminate the bow crafter, and the quality control person that let this bow through from their company. Or maybe this is the new quality Bear of 2021!
