Great product, we'll see!
This stuff seems good. It feels very thin but others have noted it works well. We have a hawk problem we hope to solve with this. Time will tell. As others have stated, it sticks to everything and grabs onto everything. My gloves were stuck and tangled in it several times. With a few people, we got it installed. This won't work for everyone but for our run (14ft x 20ft with a perimeter of 1x4s on face at the top) we first laid out the entire 25ft x 50ft net on the snowy ground and then folded it over on itself one time to create a 25ft x 25ft net, 2 layers thick. Then we rolled that onto a 2x4x16. With two of us on either side of the run (14ft side), we placed the board with the rolled up net on top of one end of the run and then rolled it out, being mindful to ensure both layers of netting were together and hanging over all sides as we went down the run. We rolled it a few feet, moved the ladders and continued to the end. Without doing this, it would have been an absolute nightmare with wire fencing, staples and boards catching it all the way. Once it was all laid out, rather than stapling it to the side boards all around the run, we cut 1x2s down to around 18" long and screwed those down every few feet all the way around the perimeter with the netting underneath. The netting catches seemingly everything so the thought is if a hawk or owl gets snarled in it, I can easily remove a few of those boards to let the netting down to ground level to remove the bird. For anyone with bird banding experience, this stuff is like a slightly thicker mist netting so my fear is the hawk or owl is not going to just bounce off, they'll probably get caught in it. Again, time will tell.

Covers chicken yard
This does the job! Like other reviewers say, it sticks to everything! So, putting it in place can be a nightmare or hilarious depending on your mood. I used the netting to cover my 10’ x 25’ fenced-in chicken yard after I found my beautiful Gold Laced Wyandotte Chicken dead (inside the fenced chicken yard) from a hawk attack. Our goal was to pull it tight and zip tie it to the fence top. At one point I needed to get inside the fenced area to arrange the netting to get it in place. It stuck to my hair, glasses, sticks on the ground and anything else that existed. At one point I was actually laughing hysterically because what else can you do. My son and I finally got it arranged and in place. I think this will work very well. It is very strong and practical invisible from outside the fenced area. So, it’s nice that it’s not an eye sore. I’m happy that I found such an affordable solution to protect the rest of my girls. I read some reviews that said it gets tangled. If you take your time opening it up, this shouldn’t happen. I paid close attention to how it was wrapped up (which was well done). I slowly unfolded it and laid it out, in a long line, in front of my chicken yard. Once I came up with a plan on the best way to get it up and over my fence, we cut the ribbons that held it together. I think opening and unfolding slowly with attention to how it’s wrapped is key. Then, laying it out length wise, before cutting any of the ribbons is very important so as not to get it in a tangled mess. It just takes observation and a plan.

Never again
Awful. That's the only thing I can muster up to say about this garbage. I don't know who the genius was that decided the shove 100'x50' of bunched up thin mesh made out of ballerina tights with unmarked corners into a box in a pile and send it to my house thinking me OR my husband had enough patience untangle this mess and try to find the corners... You're drunk. Not to mention every single piece of EVERYTHING gets caught in th mesh and it makes it literally impossible to assemble without fighting this net like you're a netted salmon to keep it off the ground and not lose your spot. I'm not kidding. Dirt, grass, sticks, OXYGEN? They're all caught in the net and you're not doing anything until freed. My husband and I would be on the brink of divorce after putting this up with we weren't still caught in it and forced to talk out all of our issues for the past 18 years. It's been a week. Send help.

Oh man, what a task. Looks and feels strong BUT it's a nightmare to work with! Multi person job!
Same issue as everybody else. Bought the 50x50 to save money and found the stuff is so limp and floppy and gets stuck on EVERYTHING! Anything it touches it gets stuck on. Seems strong, had me entangled for about 5 minutes trying to get it over the top of my chicken enclosure and I wasn't sure I would be able get out. It's very limp and hard to handle but I it does seem to be strong but man is gets tangled on everything that isn't smooth....sticks, twigs, buttons on your shirt, the bead on the top of your hat, eye glasses, seemingly smooth wood like 2x4's and plywood......grass....if it ain't smooth, this will get caught on it! I'd say have at least 4 people around to try and put this up and forget about it if it is windy! This is very light and little breeze blows it around. Other than it's unmanageable, it is strong and comes with zip ties, wire and plastic stakes. Zip ties are questionable quality, had a couple snap trying to use them. Still, I would recommend it for its intended purpose.

Great cover for chicken run
I used this net to cover the run around my chicken coop, and so far it has worked great. It took us about six hours to install over a fairly large area, but the net was neatly packaged and easy to work with. We didn’t have any issues with tangles during installation, which made the process much smoother. Overall, I’m very happy with it and would recommend it to anyone looking to protect their flock.

Excellent value for hawk protection!
We love this! It was a little hard to put up but does the trick really well! We strung it across our existing wire livestock type fence and supported the center with a tree trunk and dug a hole for the tree to stabilize. It’s not exactly fancy looking but it keeps our chickens safe from hawks!

Very thin and tangle-ly works but catches all birds not just predator birds
SOOO ok this stuff is what it is. its netting. however its very thin and very very tangley. it will test your patience for sure. it will also catch birds. Day one of this stuff being draped over our outdoor rabbit area it caught a sapsucker. it had to be cut out and than carefully cut the netting out of it due to it being so tangled in it. second day it caught a cedar waxwing and that bird is currently healing and will be released soon. I was so angry at this stuff I said I would return it. I looked for a better option and sadly no one I could find makes a thicker material of netting in this sense. so I took the gobs of leftover netting I had and I used it many times over. the cage is covered 3times by this netting so therefore its more visible to birds and its not as easy for them to get stuck in it. I also hung florescent rope all over the cage so it would be more visible to birds. Because by itself this stuff is nearly invisible. I'm not wanting to kill birds. just keep the hawks out of the rabbit enclosure. so be advised this stuff works but will you also do the work to make it better for the environment? Check it daily for entangled birds. That's what I will do.

Flock safe from hawks
Great bird netting to protect my chickens from hawks. Bag comes packaged carefully with instructions of how to unravel to prevent tangling. So helpful to have a 50x50 net that is tangled free. My chickens can graze and rut up my grass in comfort thanks to this netting. Fits any area . We stretched it taut and used 10ft garden stakes. We also used cattle panel around the sides for structure. Good stretchability.
