Quite nice kit. It has all components as promised. The work and finish looks good. Hub is small enough to be almost unnoticed. Rim seems to be good quality item also.First about installation. Provided manual (link) is insufficient, as i.e. how to place washers for hub etc, wire colors in manual are different than the ones on controller, pictured are different items, included controller leaflet is in Chinese, no documentation about controller additional functions, no information about loop connections made to controller. Main nuisance was getting the washers and nut over the installed plug on motor cable. They just do not fit. There is spare plug included, but clever solution would be to split the plug into several smaller ones, then it could be drawn through the nut, one by one. I solved the problem by shaving carefully the end of the plug and then turning the nut over, but it is risky to wires.On positive side about installation. It comes all wires connected (Be sure you make picture before disconnecting) The kit is well packed, has some spare spokes, has all needed connectors, nuts and bolts, has pedelec sensor and throttle with indicator all items look good and are Chinese made quality items. It was fulfilled by Amazon and was delivered quickly.Have tested it with two Makita 18V 3Ah batteries, as the ordered ones are still in postal system somewhere. With these it does 25 km/h with throttle only (no pedaling). It is quiet. You can hear it, but it is not louder than normal bike freewheel systems, so it is pleasant to use. No hills tested so far. First test ride gave us 6 km with the battery (almost no pedaling).First got surprise, you let the throttle to go, and bike is still powered. Thought it is broken. It is not broken, instead has function of automatic cruise control. If you hold throttle steady 8 seconds, it will keep the power if you let it loose. To take it down you need to brake or twist throttle again. This function can be disabled by disconnecting the loop connection with black and blue cables on controller. (Seller does not know this, and nothing in documentation, but you can learn from mighty Internet). After you know what is going on, it is quite nice function for longer straight road commutes.Another loop seems to be the speed limiter one for top speed 25 km/h. Disconnecting it should unlimit the power, but without serious battery pack there is not much to test.Overall conclusion - it is good kit, just the documentation is very basic.EDIT: Tested with 36V 11Ah battery. With slightest or almost no pedalling distance covered 20 km (roundtrack, height difference 30m and wind 7m/s, driver weight 80kg), average speed 18-19 km/h. Top speed still limited to 25 km/h. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product, happy with it *by R***. on 24 August 2017* Great product, happy with it, just one comment , the colours on wires not match with manual, well must did, but some no, love the thumb throttle ### ⭐⭐ No instructions… HELP? *by K***Y on 12 May 2015* I admit that I got this on Amazon France and it was cheaper but there are no instructions with the product. They give a download link for that but it doesn't work; I've tried every which way to do that. The phone line for Barsoom is disconnected also. So, although the product looks pretty good, you'll have to guess your way to assemble it, which is why I'm only giving 2 stars.
