Good for Soft Vegetables
It looks it has designed for soft vegetables such as zucchini. I had little trouble with carrots. Also, the length of Julienne strips are shorter than how it should be.

Ett användbart rivjärn som ger tändsticksformade bitar av rotfrukter. Jag har hittills provat morot, palsternacka och rotselleri. Mycket praktiskt när jag stekt och wokat.
