I'll get straight to the point, and follow with some details for those who may be interested: To me, these actually worked for my anxiety on a significant level. No placebo effect; I did this too many times, and for too long for that to be the case. There is something healing here. Also, I personally liked the flavors of the pastilles. Detail stuff for those who want to know: *(all following info is just, and only my opinion; please take all that I say with that in mind) I am familiar with taking both prescription medicine and the natural for issues that I have had in my life. For me, I did not care for the side-effects of pharmaceuticals, so I quit there; and under guidance of knowledgeable and experienced natural medicine practitioners, I dealt with my issues, naturally. Now this product is not all that I do; but I will say, that I am pleased with what it does when I use it. Natural remedies absolutely can work. I understand not everyone responds exactly the same way to all things. I will will say however, I have used Bach Remedies for almost 15 years off-and-on; and I have experienced positive results most, if not all, the times that I took this. Food for thought: If you are malnourished, and/or have parasites like candida, worms, etc., have been eating a lot of processed foods, like fast-food, microwave dinners, hot-dogs, bleached wheat, and so on, it may affect how well you respond to healing supplements. Parasites steal nutrition when you eat, thus lowering the amount of beneficial nutrients that your body needs to heal, and feel better. Processed foods are missing vital enzymes, vitamins some minerals, can be carcinogenic, and usually are GMO ( Genetically-Modified-Organics), and are usually treated with synthetic pesticides and fertilizers. I cannot emphasize how bad that is for your general health. My point being, if you are eating unhealthy, in my humble opinion, it will affect your mood, sense of well-being, and overall health; so if you just and only take these pastilles, they are not a miracle cure for other issues that may be causing chronic anxiety; however; they do seem to work in both cases of eating healthy and not, but MORE effective when eating healthy; which is possible on a low budget, which is what I got. My final thoughts are I believe this product truly works, and that I am happy with this purchase. Be well.

Sometimes I get stressed out, sometimes I know why, other times I don’t. The “gel” candy stays in my mouth and slowly dissolves. When I have the last swallow, I feel my stress level has gone. The only bad thing about this product is that is very expensive.

These guys are amazing!!! I was introduced to Bach Pastilles back in 2008 for I was assaulted and had PTSD on several Meds initially and I'm not a fan of prescriptions, So I gave these guys a try and they didn't disappoint maybe a little pricey but I looked at it as natural vs synthetic and it works! eventually, relatively quick I was off my meds and just on these guys and after some time I weened myself off of these as well. I remember taking them when I was out in public more frequently than at home almost one after another initially until things got better n better. Now, a concussion and four months in I was in the Co-op and was in the natural supplement isle and found these and was like UGH... lOL why o why didn't I not remember these guys so I've been taking them since and since I now can't drive at the moment Amazon is my go to Primarily now I thought it was kewl to try all these different flavors changing it up...
