This is a truly beautiful pen that writes extremely well and smooth. When I first received it, the packaging was pristine with no major issues. It includes an ink and spring refill, which is amazing, because I know this pen will last for a long time. I was pleased with how easy it was to write like the pen was just gliding over the paper. There were no ink blots or smudges, and the ink flowed immediately with the very first letter. This is a wonderfully crafted pen, great value for the money, and is something I would even consider gifting to friends or coworkers. I was very surprised at the level of quality when unboxing the pen. The pen is a beautiful, classy and prestigious looking pen. It is a pen for the person who enjoys the finer things in life. When you use and carry this pen, people will be impressed, it is that nice. It is much sturdier and writes better than my higher end pen that was 600.00. It is a very affordable pen as well and the ink flow is seamless while writing vs. my pens that cost 10 times as much. The ink dries quickly and doesn't smear. The company and their customer service are five stars, a white glove service. If you have any questions or issues they personally will take care of it until the issue is resolved.
