This steams up very fast and very hot! Be careful. I only do 10mins now because anything above that is WAY too hot.

So I ended up using this item for the first time today, even though I purchased this item with gift cards from Christmas. I’ve wanted something like this for a very long time so when I finally opened up the container after I put it on the 10 minute timer, and the only thing that was wet was the lid. The Towels were not wet at all. When I bought this, I’m expecting wet towels, not towels that I take out and they aren’t even hot for more than five seconds. It was the weirdest thing. It was literally like taking something out of the oven that you’ve been baking for 10 minutes and it’s just Completely cold after just seconds of it being out of the oven. Now is this user error, it’s a pretty straightforward process so I would lean on no but I’ll just have to find a better alternative.

Water stems out pretty quickly, noisy because I use it in my aesthetics salon Tom’s are very short burn hands with steam
