Uhhhh they are yummyyyy , there two in each little pack and they taste so good I have one pack every morning and ohhh yes I will order me more , they are fresh and not stale also you will smell and taste the Honey and oh yes the Oats as well . I don’t care about the Calorie’s or Carbs the size of these are just right for either before breakfast or as a mid day or late evening snack
