Let me just say that I was very skeptical about buying this based on the reviews but my desperation got the best of me.It turned out that this was the best money I ever spent online.The bed that I purchased came with very flimsy slats but these not only fit PERFECTLY but they are incredibly sturdy. My bed is a 5 feet king size.Also, the seller is very good and my delivery was on time. Even the delivery man was excellent!I wish I had this experience with every Amazon purchase!!!

They are strong enough to only need a central support for the middle slat.We found them too wide for our bed but with a little bit of DIY we made them fit.

I love these slats! The original slats for my bed were quiet flimsy and snapped easily, I have orthopaedic mattress due to arthritis and multiple fractures throughout my body, and my bed dipped causing serious pain, I bought these slats and are very sturdy, well made and are connected by fabric so easy to just put over bed, now, my bed is completely perfect, no dips, like I have brand new bed! Don't buy a new bed, try these slats! Won't be disappointed and will save you £££s very happy😊

Delivery excellent, very fast, 'product rubbish' these were bought for a 5' bed they were over an inch too short to fit the frame, they had been cut to exactly 5' and were over an inch short on the bed frame, if they were aligned on one side they fell off the bed the other side which meant that they could not be wedged on one side to keep them stable so they had to be wedged on both sides and were a disaster, why cut them so short? if they were an inch too long, simple to trim, but how do you make timber grow? don't get caught, measure your bed frame, go to your local DIY store and have batons cut to size and pin them together with webbing, that way you'll have a product that fits and not have to bin everything like I had to.

Perfect fit for my bed, used to fill in the large gaps between the slats on a metal framed bed.The gaps were about 5 inches wide which caused the mattress to sag and break, bought these to fill those gaps and prevent the same thing from happening to the new mattress.As all kingsize beds aren't made equally you need to measure and check the gap on your current frame, these were perfect for my use but may not be lomg emough for others.

Although it bid the job, some boards were 2-3cm different in length. If you want to screw in all the boards, this make it impossible, especially if the frame has thin edges. So you end up with some boards floating a bit, which can be occasionally annoying sound-wise. Having said that, they withstand my kids jumping on the bed which proves the good quality and adequate rigidity.

I was a bit apprehensive to order these due to the not so good reviews but I needn't have worried.I needed to replace my sprung slats as one had bent the wrong way and delaminated so decided that these more solid ones would do a better job.They did come up a tiny bit shorter than expected at 1515mm but after a quick check I anchored these in place.The first, last and two other more central slats have pre-drilled holes so you can anchor them to the batten on the sides of the bed frame.Delivery was fast (I'm posting this review and Amazon says they've not been delivered yet, though they arrived yesterday) and the item was as expected, apart from the slight length discrepancy I mentioned already.

Purchased these to replace broken ones from a triple bunk. They were put onto a double metal framed bed using screws which were then counter sunk. Around 2 inches taken off to fit (double size slats were too small). Quality of the wood is good value for the price. Four stars given due to the fact that they were put in recently and review could not reflect quality of how long they would last.
