I have a 2014 Sierra 1500 crew cab with weather tech mat in the rear that goes all the way under the rear seat. Will this work?

My truck is a Silverado 2014 crew cab it fits my truck well I'm not to sure about your model of truck you can ask the dealer from the store you're looking at though sorry if this was of no help.

Can you pull it out like a drawer when seats are down?

No, the liner is fixed in place, held in by velcro straps around the seatback frame. You lift the seats to access what is in the liner.

Is this one better than the GM one?

I have a 2014 Silverado crew cab. The storage box is great, it was cheaper than the GM product and shipping was free. I love it.

Whats the measurements of this Box?

This box is custom fit to the area beneath the rear fold up seats. When the seat are in normal position the depth of the box is approx 5" in some places. I can lay a one gal. jug of windshield washer fluid in the box " on it's side" and the seats do no crush the jug. I have so much junk stored in mine.lol LUV IT !!!
