Precious E&R GS18 Garment Steamer with accompanying Sock Tidy Clips

I use a steamer daily for work. After many years of use my previous steamer (same brand, same model) flexi hose started to deteriorate... So I thought okay this steamer has been brilliant but I'll go upmarket and purchase a branded one (begins with T) for £100 as it's bound to be even better than mine!... It arrived and I started to use it... OMG it was the worst steamer I could have ever purchased... For many reasons... Handle too hot to hold, clothes hanger all wrong, impractical and other minor irritating design issues...I returned the branded one in disgust! and I rushed out and bought this steamer again and it's FANTASTIC, kicks out same amounts of steam, the design is brilliant in every way, it is a pleasure to use... Other steamers 4 x the price should look at this model for hints on how a good steamer is designed... It is easy to use and works a treat... it comes 100% recommended...

This is my first garment steamer and I must say that I am very impressed with it. It is so much quicker than ironing! I can get light weight shirts and blouses done in a fraction of the time, although heavier weight garments still need ironed. I find it easy to use and the water tank is large enough to last well. Amazing value for money for an entry level steamer.

excellent bit of kit never owed one before, can't use a iron so decided to try the E&R classic garment steamer so tried doing my polo shirts to save my better half from standing ironing them. Am no expert but found it easy to use no creases in shirts so very happy with my first attempt, delivery very fast as date quoted 21/12/20 arrived 12/12/20 very happy with purchase.

It’s my first steamer so I’m just learning of what else to want but it’s great. I HATE ironing so this has been a great substitute - mind you not for thick cotton or wool clothes like men’s shirts or coats. Only for medium thickness or lighter blouses or skirts/trousers. It would really benefit from a heat protective glove because I have burned myself a few times with the steam now - but I just need a bit of getting used to putting my fingers away when holding the garment. It’s not too pretty but doesn’t take up much space so it’s a helpful little friend to me.

Love this. It is abit larger than a handheld one but it so easy to use and takes out wrinkles so quickly. I love that you can just hang your item on the steamer and not have to faf around to find somewhere to hang your item when using a handheld

When i got it i thought what a great looking steamer how wrong was i it could not get my t shirts done i have been a member of amazon for quite a number of years and i also have a tablet from you in my time with you i have bought a number of items from you but this has to be the worst £25 .00 that i have ever spent with you i bought this because in march i had an accident in work crushing my right arm so i bought this to help me do my own clothes and not relying on my partner all the time sadly to say it did not work out never mind they say you learn by your mistakes it now resides in Glasgow land fill yours regretful Robert Watkins
