Purpose: Fuel my training session I usually have a Jocko Go and drink electrolytes but this time I went with Ketone IQ and electrolytes. I felt like I had caffeine with no caffeine I then had another one after the training session and felt the effects immensely. I feel the focus. I haven’t crashed. Flavor wasn’t appealing but if your main goal is the health benefits, I don’t see why that’s a main concern. It did the job. I gave 2 boxes away to my teammates. Not sure I’ll pay 120$ for the product ever, but it sure makes me feel good.

It's very hard to find a good energy source without relying on stimulants, I love these caffeine free energy shots for a clean fuel source. Ketones IQ is seriously impressive-- the tech behind these is super cool and unlike anything else I've tried. As a bodybuilder who trains a lot, I noticed better performance during weightlifting sessions and a stable energy levels throughout my day (no crashes). Fair warning: the unflavoured version doesn’t taste great, I personally don't mind it but if taste matters to you, go for the flavoured options instead! Overall, a game-changer for both training and stable daily fuel. Highly recommend!

I think this product is terrible. I bought a case and shared it with my team during intense work days doing physical labor. Besides tasting absolutely terrible, no one could detect any benefits. I have taken them myself a number of times during afternoon work pushes only to find myself yawning and desiring a cup of coffee, which costs far less and tastes better than this urea flavored shot. What really gets me though is the card that came in the box that says to contact the company directly if you’re not satisfied with the product. The phone number is bogus, trying to sell me crap and give me a “life alert necklace” for free to call emergency in case I fall and can’t get up? WTF? I emailed them with no reply. I can’t return it to Amazon because it’s a food product but now I have a bunch of plastic trash and my staff won’t touch it again. Don’t buy into this snake oil.

Ketone-IQ is an awesome product! As an endurance athlete running averaging 40 miles a week and working a full time job, Ketone-IQ has an integral part of maintaining focus on all my tasks! I reach for Ketone-IQ when I know I'm going for a challenging endurance workout or long run of more than 8 miles to maintain focus and endurance. The ketones work with my sports nutrition of gels and electrolytes to keep the momentum up and mental clarity towards my overall goals of the work load. I also use it when working 9+ hour days as a medical professional who needs the clarity and who is most of the time running low on actual calories due to being busy with work and task management. I keep Ketone-IQ in the fridge where I find the peach flavor to be best and taste the best cold. The product is easy to carry with you and small enough to carry in your pocket. Just open and shoot like an actual alcohol shot! It is more than easy to use and I dont have a problem with the taste when it is cold.

I love this stuff. I can tell within minutes that my brain is laser focused on what I’m doing. Even without sugar or caffeine I feel energized to tackle tasks head on. Lasts for hours! The green apple flavor is a little sweet and better than the original flavor. The convenient shot bottle is easy to grab and go and perfectly portioned.

I’ve been taking ketone-IQ for 2 weeks already. It has worked to increase my focus and energy levels. Not the best flavor, but I would rather have that than have unhealthy artificial flavors added to it. If flavor could be improved without impacting the health quality of the product, that’d be great!

I really believe in this product. I take it on all my long runs over 10 miles. I notice the reduced fatigue benefit, and feel sharper in my mind during and post run. During this winter I have been running on a treadmill a lot, and afterwards I'd feel weary and dull in my mind and body. Especially if I wear airpods- after I started using Ketone, I noticed it definitely helps me feel sharper in the mind and body and eliminates that weary feeling. Keeps me feeling great on runs. I'D RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

Great product. Act like a appetite suppressant. But is very expensive.
