The handles provide a great firm grip. I gave it a 4 because I wish the clips were little wider to make it easier to fit the bands when changing. The opening is a little tight. Other than that, I recommend this.

VERY WELL MADE!
These grips are great. The enlarged diameter allows for the use of higher resistance bands without creating hand fatigue. The webbing is allowed to self center within the grip because the plastic sleeves have flared ends that minimize friction. The included metal clips allow for swapping the equipment quickly. The reinforced stitching on the webbing is remarkably sufficient. I think you could waterski with these grips, yes they are that well made! When exercising with resistance cords, I reach for these grips first. You will not be disappointed, they are my favorite.
