New Employee Orientation Training

Limited useful information, and not worth the high cost. The suggestions for content for workshops seem akin team building exercises that I believe would come across as hokey and old fashioned in real world application. The rest of the book is padded with information that you could find in various other training books. ADDIE model, etc.

I am doing a thesis on orientation and Training and some of the information will help me to create my questionaire. I did some research on a few names the author had mentioned so that also will help when I am doing the literature review. Its a book that can be used for future reference.
