I have tried various multi vitamins and minerals and prefer these to others. They are slightly bigger than some but I have no problem swallowing them. They are not cheap but I feel they are good quality and have some added ingredients compared to others

No problem swallowing no taste

I think it’s important to ensure you keep your levels up and so have always taken these as they have everything in. However, they are expensive and I’ve now found a cheaper brand that’s just as good- sorry times are hard!

this product is as far as I am aware the only " vitamin" with a added culture, the effect after illness sometimes you get a poor mixture of gut bacteria and a continued illness of vague symptoms, I found many years ago that this product taken for a few days restores a level of benign and helpful gut flora. just takes a few days then it's fine, this product can be hard to obtain as well, hence I bought from amazon, it's a broad spectrum vitamin and mineral as well but I don't use it as such

Bought for someone else as they were having problems getting hold of them. So took off one star. They arrived quickly. They're happy with them as they take them regularly.

Too expensive but Easy to swallow.

I can't say at the moment l have only just started taking them so it will take a month or so l guess before l can say they are easy to swallow
