Frames are great but first 3 were sized as ordered of 12 x 10 inch, so pleased with them that I ordered 4 more.Have just put the pictures in the second 4, having cut down a couple in width, and then found the second batch of frames are actually12 x 9 inches. Only realised when put against the first ones. I’ve checked my Amazon order and it’s definitely the same as first.I will keep them as can’t be bothered going through the process again and actually I prefer the 12 x 9 even they are slightly smaller than needed but I’ve cut sides off 2 or 3 pictures, idiotic of me, but who’d imagine reordering same item would give this problem?

Size fitted perfectly, frames looked nice but arrived broken. Reasons might be: a) wrong material b)wrong joining process c) me being too stupid. When the first one arrived and tried to mount a photo a realised the frame was broken. Amazon replaced it without any trouble but I loose money sending it back from Europe. Second one also arrived broken at a corner. One does not see it immediately because the foil wrap hold things together. It seems to be a known problem as a different reviewer also mentioned it befoe me. I don't send it back this time but will try to glue it. If that does not look nice I'll get a real wooden one, not plastic with metal clamps hammered in.

6 frames arrived well packaged with no damage. On looking at the frames they appear well made and sturdy and just what we wanted. Would buy again from the frame company. Support, enclosed with the order was a christmas card thanking me for my order and a note stating if i had any issues with my purchase to contact them immediately and they would rectify any issues. Well worth 5 stars

One of the corners was completely broken on arrival - the frame was effectively in two pieces, held together only by the wrapping. I assume it broke in manufacture because fixings designed for wood have been used to join plastic extrusions, which have shattered when the fixing was hammered in. I could deal with cheap construction given the price, but it's blatantly obvious that whoever wrapped the frame not only saw the defect (couldn't have missed it!!) but actually wrapped the frame in such a way as to conceal the damage; part of the wrapping was pinched between one of the staples and part of the corner it was supposed to be attached to, which would have been completely impossible had the defect occured after the frame was wrapped.Fixed the corner with epoxy because I couldn't be bothered returning the frame for the sake of £8, but I cannot recommend anything by this brand given their approach to quality control.

Terrible quality. Despite it being a cheap frame, it was honestly the quality of if you had bought one for £3 cheaper. The frame edges are either hot glued or stapled together and are extremely thin, whilst the actual glass/plastic insert and board holder that secure the photo in place are slightly too small, meaning that it rattles and moves whenever you pick it up.Disappointed all round, would advice spending a few more pounds and purchasing from a different brand.

So, I'm going into this with a bit of disappointment.The product has some flaws that came to my notice very early. When I took the backing out, I noticed there was a deep scratch going across the glass. This isn't noticeable on some pictures, but not something you want to see on a newly bought frame. Also, you can see it in the right lighting.The quality of the actual frame seems flimsy and when it comes down to it, there are scratches on the wood as well that don't look like they came from shipping.

These are really nice frames. I had an issue with my order initially - three of the frames were the wrong size, and on top of that, one arrived broken. When I contacted the seller, however, they were very helpful, organising replacement frames which arrived very quickly without me needing to return the wrong/damaged ones. The frames are stylish and sleek, and do the job perfectly. Very happy with the product, despite the initial issue.

The frame includes a label saying it's not necessary to take out the glass 'in case of product damage' but in fact the glass is badly smeared and needs cleaning. I don't mind cleaning the glass (I always do and don't expect them to be clean to be honest). But it did irritate me that there was a label saying the opposite and also the real reason I suspect is health and safety. I think they should cover themselves by saying be extremely careful if you decide to clean the glass. That said, the frame is fine and I would buy again,
