Very bad experience, purchased last year used only for 6 month. Now outer fan motor is not working, service team members told me it need replacement which is 6200 rs. This motor does not come under 10 year warranty. WHY WHY WHY????. really peased off when you have to pay visiting amount 720rs and did not get the ac fixed. Would never ever buy from this company again also recommend others.. they are running scam

I am writing this review after using this product for 15 days. Being the inventors of air conditioning, Carrier has done its best to provide a fantastic product with smart features at such a reasonable price.I ordered the AC on 23rd June 2024 and received it in the first half of 24th June 2024.Many customers have mentioned about the bad quality of installation, overcharging and also Carrier installation team not visiting on specified time, but in my case every thing went smoothly. Here I want to state that as soon as I received the unit I never waited for Amazon to raise the installation request infact, I proactively called Carrier's toll free no. and raised the request for installation to their executive and instantly received the SMS of confirmation that my request has been submitted successfully.At that time monsoon had not arrived in my place in U.P. and mid day temperature was around 47 deg. In such harsh conditions I received the call from the installation guys with in an hour of my request submission and the two arrived just on promised time and executed their job perfectly on the same day of the receipt of the product i.e. 24th June 2024.They charged the standard installation fee of rs. 1180/- as told by the Carrier executive while registering the installation request. They did not force me to purchase any extra accessories. The installation was done with the standard installation kit.AC unit is a delight performer, it cools down the room quickly with in 15 minutes and then its fan speed decreases by itself as I have set the fan speed to auto mode. Blower sound on maximum speed is ok and not irritating and on lowest speed is almost none.Main feature is the flexicool 6 in 1 Convertible in which AC performs as mentioned below.FC1 compressor runs at 0.4 tonFC2 compressor runs at 0.6 tonFC3 compressor runs at 0.8 tonFC4 compressor runs at 1.0 tonFC5 compressor runs at 1.10 ton andFC6/Insta cool - compressor runs at 1.20 ton for 45 minutes. One can choose the setting according to his room size and comfort level.You can not turn off the remote unit, it will turn off only when the batteries are uninstalled or if they get discharged.One can easily control his electricity bill by using the smart flexicool feature of this AC wisely.Till now there are no issues and I am totally satisfied with the product. In future if I come across any problem then I will update the same in the review.
