NO REFUND YET.
I returned two cortex straighteners and haven't received my refund for this iron. The cortex iron isn't like how it used to be. The plates are cheap. Not like the old iron I bought 4 years ago. Very disappointed, I want my refund back and I have the tracking code from UPS.
