OK.... or not?
I finished a whole bottle of these, they contain many beneficial strains and have glowing reviews, which is why I purchased, but I really didn't see any change after using them. Dont know if they were worth the price either, they are not cheap. Will try a different brand next time.

Excellent Probiotic/Prebiotic
Like the fact that it's a 1 pill a day powerfull probiotic w/o any GI discomfort! The only downside is the high end cost of it🤑
