Will this actually fit a full size ATX board, like a Asus M5A99X Evo R2.0 Motherboard

Hello Simon,I've checked the instruction manual and it does not mention ATX compatibility. I have also checked the Fractal Design website and it mentions "Micro ATX and Mini ITX motherboard compatibility" (http://www.fractal-design.com/home/product/cases/node-series/node-804).Hope this helps.

How many HDD can this hold?

Up to 12 disks - 8 3.5in and 4 2.5in disks. Depends on configuration

Will a full size ATX board work with this (even if it wasn't designed for one)?

According to wiki "The maximum size of a microATX motherboard is 9.6 × 9.6 in (244 × 244 mm). The standard ATX size is 25% longer, at 12 × 9.6 in (305 × 244 mm)." To fit an ATX M/B, you need about 60 mm additional space and there is only 30mm of space underneath the motherboard. So, an ATX board, would definitely won't fit.

will this case except low profile cards ?

This case will take a full sized card, my card is 279 x 140 x 37 mm and there is plenty of space left.
