The cream itself has been great. I had been using the lower % zinc version for the last week, waiting for the 40% zinc. I have been using it to help with eczema and so far it has helped. I think the 40% will do wonders.My only concern is that it there isn't much in the tube. I used it for the first time today and had to squeeze and squeeze. No signs of leaks. I weighed it on a scale along with the tube I've used plenty of and they weigh the same. Will reach out to manufacturer.

Miracle cream! I'm a first time mom with a newborn and my little one got a really bad rash on her bottom. The skin was very red and she would cry. This stuff is the bees knees! It’s awesome for diaper rash, pimples, burned, other skin reactions. There are so many uses for it! I mostly bought it for my baby’s bum but I put it on a pretty bad burn I got one time and that sucker healed overnight! Also, used a dab of it on a pimple or two and that also took it away overnight! Fantastic. The high zinc oxide content is crucial for the healing. Love it!

This product works wonders! My baby developed a diaper rash and I decided to purchase this product. After one use the redness went down by 80%. By the second diaper change and second application, the overall rash was almost gone! This is a wonderful product. However, the reason I gave it 4 stars is because it seems that there is more air pocket than product in the tube.
