Great …. When it eventually was delivered!
Great product and vendor … but Amazon primes delivery times were appalling! You pay for a next day service but it comes whenever they can be bothered to pick it up from the vendor! I’ll review my prime membership more and more it’s not worth the money!

With the money
Used Osmo oil for years and find its better than any other product. Really good and durable. The cost is a bit high hope they don’t keep putting the cost up but does last a long time

I love this product
My lovely new oak windows and doors were looking a bit shabby after a year and I suspected that my builder used an interior oil to treat them, so I searched for a suitable outdoor treatment and came across this one - the price took my breath away! Well, if you are going to buy fancy oak windows and doors you have to buy the best stuff. I estimated that I would need two tins, but only bought one just in case I didn't like it - could be an expensive mistake.Well, the product arrived promptly and as soon as I started brushing it onto my windows I fell in love. Those windows which were starting to look dull and patchy suddenly shone with a golden glow; it was like I had the Midas touch. It was so easy to apply, no drips, no runs, altogether very well behaved. The sun shone and the more I painted the happier I got, it was very therapeutic and I thought, "who needs an azure pool and a drink with an umbrella in it when you can do this?". And when eventually I finished and looked down, I still had half a tin left!Once dry the surfaces felt reassuringly smooth and when it rained the water just ran off in globules. My woodwork looks great and I'm sure I have put value on my house - even the wife has started smiling at me again. There is one negative comment. It said that, once applied, the finish will last up to seven years. What? - in seven years I might be dead! I'm not waiting that long have that pleasure again - come next year I'm going to do it all over again.

Treating sleepers
Lovely colour and this is the second time using this brand. I used the uv clear product last time and decided to go for light oak this time.

Used for kart sheds - see images for assistance. Great product
Ordered for kart sheds we are building, was sceptical about the colour when we opened the tin so tried on some spare oak. We went for it and these are the results. We didn’t want the greying/aged oak look if left to go naturally so are please that this product has given the result we were looking for to match our internal oak. I hope that the pictures are useful to you as I would have liked to seen these before making an expensive purchase.

Not cheap, but does a good job - well worth it!
Osmo may be expensive, but it goes on well, covers a large area and seems to provide quite a long period of protection, so worth it. Having previously used the "Clear" version, I was worried that he "Oak" colour may be too orange and it definitely has a tinge, but it is not as bad as I have feared. The extra touch of colour actually helps to cover up blemishes or discolouring in the wood.

Do I like it or not? Hmmm
A bit confused as it said "Oak - Transparent" it's definitely NOT transparent! Was rather a bright orange, not what I wanted for pale, blonde new teak! However with a second coat, it's very glossy & mellow (wet-look effect)Be aware that brush-strokes show up clearly, as do drips. And takes forever to dry, as my smart white shorts can attest to. Irrevocably stained when I sat on the bench 24hrs later. Osmo I'd like some new shorts please.
