Just stiff. *by J***N on March 13, 2023* At first I was frustrated and didn't like these because I read the instructions on how to use it. They kept falling off. Hard to get a good squeeze and apply. There are significant pros and cons depending on what you're looking for out of these. I'll start with the cons: They're stiff and hard to get a good squeeze some times especially if you're trying to use them on your neck which is what I did. Which leads to the suction, you can't expect max suction out of these compared to the plastic suction cups. But if you're not looking for deep tissue these could pass. You'll definitely need to have some form of ointment or oil to get these to actually work. So if you're considering these, I advise buying ointment or massage oil. I use the menthol/eucalyptus ointment to make the cupping more enjoyable / therapeutic. Pros: I like the portability of less parts. I don't have to luy around a big box/container or worry about space wasted. But then you're sacrificing strong suction cups. All depends on your needs. Definitely see these lasting long compared to the plastic cups as they can break which mine hasn't but there's a possibility. Silicone can morph or change in shape if you expose them in heat (dish washer). These cups are working so far and helping with my neck pain so I'm going to keep these unless something changes my mind to update my review.
