Very nice product, but....made in China!
Well, I was a bit skeptical why there aren't any reviews about P.Matte Velvet Metallic lipsticks yet...so let me help you girls out 🌞🤗! Especially the ones who are madly obsessed with red colors! The formula by itself is great, just a little bit shimmery/metallic - not like other manufacturers, colors are awesome, i have got Ritzy shade! Applying is smooth with a great wand, little goes a long way! I really mind that Palladio manufactures their products in China, well - i guess what you pay for! In this case i trust to Palladio's health policy and strict inspection of their production! Lipstick transfers/it is not kissproof but doesn't smears all over ....but when I use a primer before and a sealer after, results regarding lasting power are much better! Well, I do really like the color, smootness and the not drying formula of the lipstick by itself, looks matte but doesn't feel matte at all, it's quite velvety opaque feeling!

Beautiful color and stays for all day
I have been using this items for the last 5 years and I love them They stay on all day and I put Ritzy on first then Opulent and I get Sooo many compliments it's unbelievable!

Received a purple cream lip colour not lip gloss that was red.
The colour looked metallic red. I did not get lip balm I got cream lip colour. It was purple not red

Love The Color, Hate The Dryness
The color of this is GORGEOUS!!!! My issue is that it dries quickly and I find myself constantly licking my lips. Which then makes me have to reapply this stuff. The description on Amazon calls this a lip balm but IT IS NOT A LIP BALM. It is a matte lipgloss.

The base of my lipstick, then another coat of a lipstick with some shimmer in it.

I love this liquid lipstick. You can use it as a stain, which is what I do, and I get 16 hour wear, with lunch and coffee throughout my workday.I wish there were more colors but what they have works for corporate professionals.5 stars
