Well since I am a diabetic i can only eat one cookie, i love the flavor and the texture, and it has the right amount of fiber which it important it anyones diet, tasts great with coffee or tea, even herb tea that i so enjoy,,, makes a great midnight snack to ,,i love it.. try it for yourself... great also for the kids,,

Feeding a diabetic male in the morning is much like trying to feed a full baby. Unless there's something in it for him, he's not buying in to the theory that he should consume. Rocks don't eat breakfast either. NOT eating is worse than eating the wrong thing. This product provides enough calories, and carbs to keep his blood sugar reasonable. Mine too, but I know enough to eat several times a day and smaller meals than once a day and that meal lasts a good 4-5 hours. Ah night time, when the kitchen is dark and the wife doesn't see you eating everything. Um, men?!?! This is a tool, a viable tool and I use it to the best of my ability. Oh, the flavor, excellent, I like them very much, crispy and tasty. Not hard or too dry.

I got into a bad habit of not eating breakfast... or lunch... just skipped straight to dinner and had coffee for the other meals! Until I got a box of these. First bite and I knew this was going to be a dangerous relationship. I immediately ordered another (big) box and now I eat breakfast, but I also have to resist eating them as a snack all the time! I love these!
