do these work on phonak hearing aids

We use these on my wife's PHONAK Smart 5 Audeo hearing aids . I do not know if they are interchangeable with other models or brands. we have not experienced any problems with this product.

have any have any probs with these actually, fitting? they arent snug at all and eventually slip right out of my phonak hearing aids every time.

how do I use the wax traps. did not get any instructions?

Put the black or gray end into your white wax trap of your hearing aid, and twist it onto the black or gray end. Then turn it over and push the new white wax trap onto the hearing aid. Pull it out and throw the old one away.
