I'm new to the world of melodica playing and it was hard finding a book that had: 1) songs I actually had heard of before 2) was written for someone who is actually a real beginner and not the type of beginner who has a strong foundation in music theory 3) explanations for where notes are and which fingers are used when playing them This book had all that, and out of the 101 songs, I definitely already knew at least a third of them beforehand, which for me helps with motivation to keep going. I've been very happy with this book!

I got this for a beginner. For someone playing a melodica this is nice and easy. You get it for easy read and play.

The songs come with lyrics, and pictures of the keys involved. The book even comes with help on how to read music and other details.

Why All The Lyrics?
The simplified music is fine but the book has EVERY verse for the songs. When playing the melodica singing is difficult plus 23 verses of Blow The Man Down a waste of paper.

Das Buch ist eine gute Ergänzung zum Lehrbuch von Daren Banarsë. Es ist, wie der Titel schon hergibt, eine Liedersammlung. Die Songs sind im Schwierigkeitsgrad aufsteigend. Das Buch ist für Anfänger gut aufbereitet und die Songauswahl ist meiner Meinung nach gelungen. Der Preis ist sehr fair.
