I don’t always have the best of luck in installing cables like this but with a help of YouTube demonstrations and this tool I was able to successfully run an ethernet line to my attached garage. This tool made it very simple and predictable and successful.

All metal, very sturdy.
You can put plenty of pressure on this to make sure the crimp is tight. If you have grip issues you can even put the flat side on a desk or against a wall and push on the handle instead. The pass through cutter works perfectly, the wires are nice and flush with the end of the connector.

Very happy with the purchase overall. Years ago I bought a kit from Amazon for Cat5e to wire up my house and was very disappointed as I only had 1 of 10 successful wires made.After looking at MANY different reviews for diff. brands I got this one.EVERYTHING Great so far, about 99% success rate on wiring Cat6.ONLY complaint:No storage case or bag, Just using the shipping box it came in :(
