Great so far, easy install
The media could not be loaded. Great value for the low cost. Compared to my tranzx, the cable design for the trigger is better. It has a stopper built in the cable rather than having a screw that presses down to hold it. We will put it to the test on trails but so far basic testing and usage says this is a decent post.Update: few weeks after cold weather, sometimes it gets stuck, might be a defect. We were able to tap the seat to trigger it but that would not be helpful during rides. If it continues we will drop stars and return it.

Installing the saddle is a nightmare
Setting up the dropper is a pain, but I suspect that may be true for most droppers. At the very least, don't bother with the manual, as it's terrible - go to the KevCentral YouTube channel for a step-by-step installation guide that actually makes sense. But OMG, the saddle mount may be the worst piece of engineering I've ever seen. Whoever signed off on that design should be fired. The manual is less than helpful, as it leaves out several of the parts included, so you have to figure out on your own where they go, and also specifies the wrong size of hex wrench needed (it says 4mm, when the bolts are actually 5mm). It took me an hour of fiddling around to finally get my saddle on, and the position/angle adjustments are ludicrously bad/difficult. Do yourself a favor, spend a few more bucks, and get a dropper that allows you to install and adjust the saddle properly.

Absolutely NOTHING worked 😡
Trigger wasn't properly drilled out to accept cable, post itself would not expand or collapse, and cable end had a cylinder shaped end instead of disc shaped. Sigh.....😤😠😡🤬

Dealing with in frame cabling is tricky
Once I realized what the little stopper clamp was for .. got it through the frame ports .. out and around the bottom .. curve up and into the seat shaft .. figured out best out of the way place for the push lever mount on the handlebars .. wow this is great. It goes as high and low as needed .. this seat dropper is awesome.

It drops - not too low, not too high
I did my research before buying this to install in a Ozark Trail Slalom mountain bike. A well respected video sharing platform person used this same dropper, because the seat tube has a curve in it, which would cause most droppers to not be able to be fully inserted. Install went really well, and the dropper works. I only have two complaints. First, there is a degree or two of play in the dropper, which allows the saddle to wiggle. The other is the distance the lever has to be pushed in order to release the dropper. It's almost excessive. That said, I'd still make the same purchase again.
