I used to play simulator games and it works perfectly great. After doing the last update at euro truck game just stopped working but for others simulator games are great.

12/26/24 Computer does not have enough processing power or a real graphics card. It will not run Rocket League, but will run Fall guys on the very lowest settings and still lags, fps of 21 while playing. I will be returning this computer unless the support can tell me something specific about it is not working correctly. This computer seems to be for Browsing the internet and viewing files only! The keyboard and mouse seem useable, the monitor is a monitor, didn’t even plug the mouse pad in, and the camera doesn’t work on any applications outside of the windows camera app. It will not run w11. I don’t know if this is a refurbished issue or just a straight lack of quality hardware. But it’s not good. Don’t expect much from this if you still continue with your purchase.

I returned it because it didn't meets the needs my son had for it, but it seemed like a solid machine for what it was.

My son received this for his birthday and was SO EXCITED! Until we realized there was no power supply cord for the monitor. I went and bought one. We noticed the film on the protector was scratched, but the monitor seemed fine, until it kicked on. There was obviously some sort of blunt pressure, it is pixilated on a white background and non-responsive. Amazon couldn't help, called manufacturer, the line disconnected. Emailed them and now about to go buy another computer monitor to try and salvage what's left of my son's 10th bday.

We received the PC, and never could get the wifi to work. I used an Ethernet connection to try to update drivers, and called the customer service number for help. I spoke to someone named Eric who spent 20-30 minutes on the phone with me to help me with that and a few other things. They are reshipping out another dongle so that we can move his PC to his room. Customer service was exceptional!

I received computer and the first thing I’ve noticed was that the computer case was damaged. It looks as if someone forcibly tried to open it and ended up breaking it. Also the monitor shows a tinted-blue color that will not come out, even after making sure the VGA was fully in. I believe there may be a faulty graphics card. And may I add that this product stated that it was “Excellent - Refurbished”, it has hardware damage and came dusty as if the computer was stored away for a while.

It's adveroas a gaming desktop. I thought it would be able to handle streaming with a capture card. It can't even handle streaming! The network card is so poor it can't handle basic web browsing. I have 1 gig fiber and this thing can barely get 100 mbps speeds. My streams suffered to the point I had to stop and go back to my console while I got all the components to build my own PC. I wouldn't even buy this for a 5 year old as their first PC it's not worth it. Forget playing online you can't even look up stuff on Google! Worst of all y'all wouldn't refund me. So I went ahead and broke it down to send off to the recycling facility because a least I'll get some money for the aluminum and copper in it.
