Q: Does this system deliver food grade RO water for human consumption?

Yes the system creates perfect drinking water for your family and pets too. You already know it's great for plants. Please note that the water production rate from this system is a trickle of water. The HydroGardener systems are meant to be connected to a reservoir or a drip system where a fast flow rate isn't needed. If you are planning on using it for drinking water you might consider the Artesian Full Contact ASIN B005A3WM6C which includes a storage tank to pressurize the water so that it dispenses water at a rate more in line with what you would need for drinking and cooking water applications.

Q: Will this filter set work with the tmhp?

Yes and no. The three white filters are direct replacements TMHP. This "set" doesn't not include the UV bulb, which should also be replaced annually. If the UV sterilizer component is if no interest to you, then yes this set will be fine, otherwise get Iset-tmhp-MY12.

Q: Which filter set is best for arsenic removal

Arsenic is removed by the reverse osmosis membrane not the filters. Please note: RO systems provide effective filtration for Arsenic 5 (AS5), not Arsenic 3 (AS3). Chlorination converts AS3 into AS5. Is your well chlorinated? Depending on the distribution of the arsenic species in your water, chlorination might be required as a preliminary step in order to bring the overall Arsenic load below the 10 ppb recommended level. For example you have 12ppb of arsenic, if 5ppb are AS5 and 7ppb are AS3, then the RO should bring down the AS5 level sufficient to bring the overall level below the 10ppb EPA safe level. Please use an arsenic speciation tests to be sure of the exact amounts, and if your water is not chlorinated.
