Do you put it on before or after sun cream

Would this be suitable for someone who suffers with prickly heat when using sun creams containing lanolin?

I would advise not to use this. This increases the melanin in your skin and essentially would make the prickly heat worse.

Do you only put it on once a day? Just wondering as the bottle is quite small and its not cheap

I am not an all day sunbather but when I go out for few hours I apply it once. But ye I agree its expensive for the size of the bottle but it does work, but the bigger the bottle the more expensive I guess. I hope that's helpful
