Can this be use around boiler pipe?

It's worked fine around central heating pipes in floors Check working temps on tube to see range it covers

It it suitable for bigger gapps .like around 20 x 10 cm ? If not, what would be the righy solution?

Not sure what the depth of your hole is or where it is. That size would have to be done in stages if just using this and it takes a few days to dry. Wire mesh - available on Amazon might be easier in combination with this?

It isn’t that thick so you can cut the tube quite small. Takes longer but you can always increase the size.
