I wrenched my knee badly a couple of weeks ago. I already have arthritis, and have had ACL surgery, so my knee is somewhat vulnerable. I didn't know whether or not I had done serious damage to the joint tissues or if I had just delivered a trauma that could calm down over time. I was not getting better very fast before using this brace, but now things are much improved. This seems to be a quality product. I've been wearing it for about a week. It gives me good support without choking off my blood supply to my lower leg. I actually wear it with another, older, smaller, non-reinforced elastic ACE-brand brace just to give me a little more pressure locally around the knee. In my opinion, braces like this work 2 ways -- physical support, and also "awareness" enhancement, so that you are constantly reminded that you need to limit the motion and weight load on your knee. I don't avoid doctors, and I wasn't sure if I could get better just by taking it easy, but in my case I can recommend this brace for any knee injury that does not clearly call for a doctor's attention.

I like this brace, strong support. There are a couple loose threads that may eventually give although I placed small safety pins (horizontal) to hopefully prevent it. It’s a handle with care product, put on and take off carefully so threading does not give out. I wear this around the house as the strong support may aggravate the injury when walking. Getting use to it!

I am 5'7 and 180 pounds. I ordered the LG/XL nude brace after measuring. I was near the edge of the suggested size, but stuck with LG/XL thinking it might stretch a little with wear. It is a perfect fit. This brace is SO comfortable, does not roll down or bunch up, and is very supportive. The material is light weight and breaths. I can wear it under my stretch pants without bulkiness.Plus, it was very affordable too.I had knee surgery 8 months ago, and I have tried several braces with bulky Velcro straps, or painful compression sleeves that roll down. No more. Going to order a 2nd one

I am using this for relief from a Torn Meniscus....Very comfortable and seems to support well.One Nagging problem is the 2 Metal bars that insert on either side to help with lateral support and keep the knee supported, they keep falling out of the sleeves made for them. I looked down today to see them hanging out of their sleeves.No problem but I hope the bars don't fall out on my next Putt , I have enough problems putting....

A little big but it fits good

This knee brace was horrible... knee brace only lasted 2 weeks... the material is inferior causing brace to stretch and no longer durable to use... as well, the stabilizers on each side of this brace were 2" short... would not recommend Amazon to continue selling this crap.. what a waste of my money! Not even close to being a professional product!

Received this on Tuesday afternoon. Today is Thursday afternoon. This has began to come apart. This did seem to offer stability to my knee but fear it will not last. Am returning and will try another type.Update: returned and received a new brace. I am returning this one without even taking out of package. You can see from the new photos that the stitching is missing. I hope I can get a refund this time.
