I love this baby balm. It's great for baby's bottom, dry skin patches (including his nose when we has has cold), my lips & dry hands. I can't recommend this balm more. I love it. It soaks into the skin well & only has a faint smell which is pleasant. It is quite pricey but well worth the money.

I bought this for my Granddaughters First Baby in August 2024.Mum and Baby both love it. The scent is lovely and the Balm is really soothingand always sends baby to sleep. We love all Neals Yard Baby and Motherproducts.

I would highly recommend this as a go-to for my baby's dry skin and they have had no issues with it.This might be pricier than other balms but it works well especially for a newborn when I found my baby's skin rather dry and flaking the weeks after birth. This balm makes their skin soft and really hydrating.I'm still using this product three months later as I don't use it all the time and only after bath time. It absorbs into the skin quickly. This is meant to be unscented but I found it does have a small odour to it but the product’s effectiveness makes up for it.

Getting a Neil’s yard product you always know your choosing quality over quantity, and this product is just that. The pot is small however the product goes a long way. I got this for my daughter who was suffering from dry skin on her face and a few applications cleared it right up. Great product to tie into bed time routine and usually falls asleep when applying. The scent is nothing special however isn’t intrusive or overbearing. 10/10 product.

My baby had severe diagnosed eczema and allergies from a few weeks old, no ointment or cream can beat this when things get bad ... BUT I use it sporadically and on wet skin putting on in one direction in conjunction with other prescribed creams .. if used over a period of days with regular daily application, it really really does clear nasty patches up. I’ve learnt not to use it continually .. I too am an aromatherapist and use it as my base and have blended essentials into it which have immensely helped my infants skin healing process before we step into steroids, it’s my miracle find ... some of the reviews on here have really confused me for this item that say the opposite. It’s a really great base product worth a try but as with everything not all skin types react the same, for me it took patience and not expecting a miracle on first application. It has been worth every penny when blended with essentials, rescued me many times. Warm it a little before hand as it releases the oils and makes it easier to apply (a radiator or warm room), when cold not great as you can apply far too much and it becomes a greasy texture.

This product says it’s vegan.We are parents with a newborn, we trust that you are clear and accurate with what you say about your product. We do not have time to dedicate to reading ingredients when you say it is vegan so we should not need to.Beeswax is very obviously not vegan. The clue is in the fact that the bees make the wax.Please change your product description as we will check back and if it isn’t fixed (by either an ingredient change or a description change) it will be followed up with a complaint to trading standards as per the trade descriptions act.We would have bought another product had you been accurate, now we haven’t and need to use what we have in.
