HealthTracks ... A Child's Health History Hardcover – 1 May 2009

We have this book in soft-cover for our first child, and it's terrific. I grab it every time we hit the doctor's office, and all of the papers, and whatnot that they give us get tucked into the pockets, so I always know where they are. There is a place to record all of the medications ever prescribed (never know what that will come in handy), and record wellness visits, as well as sick visits. I especially like the tooth-eruption pages. You think you'll always remember how old they were when they got their first tooth, etc, but you don't. I think it will be great to be able to hand over his health history to him when he is an adult (how often have we had to fill out immunization information or dates of procedures and had to guess?). The hard-cover book was cheaper than buying another soft-cover from the author's site (her shipping is insane, and she says it's going up).

nice, but could be better. is is the best option I could find though. but I wish it had a couple more pages on some things (like prescriptions, dr visits) and it could be normal letter format and have a binder so that I could file paperwork I receive at the Dr directly in it... But besides that it is still the best out there!

Medical journal is comprehensive yet user-friendly. I bought it for my son at birth and liked it so much I bought it again for my daughter who was born recently.

A great gift for a new mother! A perfect way to keep all records in one place!

I keep one of these for each of my kids medical info, great for referral and well set up. When we go to their checkups I just add the docs notes.
