The conditioner doesn't soft the hair, but I must say I have had no hair fall out since I have Been using this.

This is a lovely change from every day products and it leaves a nice shine and fresh smell for days after using all products related

I don't really write reviews but felt compelled to write one. This product is terrible on your hair it's extremely drying and it smells like cheap shower jel. Only 5% of the ingredients are listed and the rest aren't even given on their website. This product isn't natural and I'm not sure how it is legally sold in the UK without listing all of the ingredients. Waste of money.

I cant be bothered to use this for long enough to find out if it has any "therapeutic properties" - from which you can infer I nothing transformational occurred after trying it a few times !

I like it a lot because it makes my scalp smooth and I feel the product very useful and will definitely buy it again!

this conditioner, used with the shampoo, leaves my hair so soft and the smell is divine.

It's gone in the bin after one use. It left my hair unable to be brushed through as it tangles the hair up. Awful stuff. Wish I had taken more notice of the other reviews. I had to go back to the shower and use a different conditioner just to be able to brush my hair.

I like the shampoo, mainly because it's 100% chemical free. I've tried doing some diy with castile soap but it would make my hair super dry so much that it would stick together! Then I tried soap nuts, shikakai, amla and fenugreek powder. I'd boil all the powders and strain the mixture, then use it to shampoo my hair. Worked well, but I didn't have time to do that every time I took shower due to my busy schedule. So, I started looking for an all-natural product range. So I did find Biotique. I did a month of research on it and then I finally bought it. I know that it's soap nuts because I've experience using it. I'm happy. It does kinda make your hair a bit dry but use a conditioner afterwards. I use the same brand one. So far I'm happy with the personal care products of this brand. Will definitely buy again and recommend to all my patients and my dear ones.

I love that this conditioner doesn't have any weird chemicals. It's a little hard to get used to because your hair won't feel as silky immediately after using it like other chemical-laden conditioners do, but I do enjoy my hair's texture once it dries.

Good product

I recently decided to try this product because it contains plant ingredients like kelp and no preservatives like those found in most hair care, etc. products available in the United States. Many preservatives give my skin red, itchy rashes.The product label states it is manufactured in India. I have found India to be a good source of plant based products free of preservatives. I had hoped it would be unscented, or at the very least low odor, although the label did not say it would be. The seller's page states that the product contains peppermint oil and mint extract, so I thought it would smell of peppermint. Not so, but it did have a strong odor which I did not care for. I tried a small amount on my arm to test for any allergic reaction. Even when the product had dried it still smelled quite stong. I washed it off my skin and still I could smell the product. It is difficult for me to imagine using such a product on my hair and then having it follow me around until I washed my hair again. The scent was nothing like peppermint. I did not like it. Also the plug that should have kept the product in its bottle during shipment was not fixed firmly in place in the top of the bottle, so it leaked during shipment. As I had made the purchase with Prime, Free Returns I asked for a refund. It was granted. What a disappointment!
