Decent Entry Level Juicer. Makes Nice Juice!
I’m frequently buying freshly squeezed orange juice which is quite expensive, so I thought I would give a juicer a go. I didn’t want to go all out on a top of the range unit not knowing how I would get on with it and didn’t want to part with too much money so this seemed like a middle/lower end of the range unit in terms of price but what attracted me to this particular model was that it’s made by a UK based company and not a generic whereas most others at this price point are made by brands I have not heard of. Skipping forward to the machine itself, it comes well packaged and with good instructions. Once assembled, extracting juice is as simple as chopping up fruit, chucking it in the top of the machine through the fruit chute. Juice pours out of one outlet, and pulp from the other. It seems effective – I bought 1Kg of Waitrose juicing oranges which were labelled as being suitable for up to 500ml of juice. We got at least this from them, so this in my mind proves that the machine is efficient at extracting all juice – and the pulp that was pushed out was very dry with no extra juice left to waste! In terms of downsides, I can only imagine that this would apply to most juicers – it’s not the quickest appliance to clean as there are multiple parts to disassemble and clean (see photo) and the manual makes no mention of any of them being dishwasher safe. It does, however, come bundled with a cleaning brush/tool so that’s something at least. I don’t have experience with other machines and can’t comment on whether they are easier/quicker/less easy to clean. They may all be the same. Also, the chute in the top is quite small so you have to cut fruit into fairly small chunks – e.g. a quarter of an orange. Hard skins must also be removed so there is a fair amount of prep required – as you can imagine 1Kg of oranges is a fair quantity to peel for 500ml – but that’s not a criticism of this machine as I imagine this is fairy standard. It seems well built though, it’s quiet in operation and simple to use.In conclusion, I'm pleased with this Juicer and look forward to trying out some different combinations of fruit juices as well as the standard freshly squeezed orange juice.

Amazing strong little juicer
It is an amazing strong little juicer. When you open the box and see the size you think it is too small to do proper job but don't be silly. This one juices very well carrots, beetroot, greens, apple, ginger, turmeric root, cucumber. I am sure basically anything, it is just the list of the vegetables fruits which I have juiced. The installation is very easy and clearly signed and even blind people can put it together as the signs are protruding. It is very important for me because I bought it for my mother who is nearly blind.I am thinking of buy one more for us as a travelling juicer because of its size and as it is very compact we can pack it in a small place easily.

Decent product and good value for money
I've been using a blended for many years to make healthy cocktails every morning. Getting Duronic slow juicer was a game changer. The pure juice that comes out of it is amazing. You can taste all sweetness of the fruits and vegetables. Even kale or beetroot juice tastes quite "ok". I wanted to buy something affordable to see if I would like it and if it is going to work for me before I purchase a fancy expensive juicer. It is pretty quiet to and fast. It only takes a few minutes to make 2 glasses of the pure juice. It is a bit fiddly to assembly and it takes time to wash all the parts (7 in total). But after all I think it is a quite good product and good value for money. It comes with 1 year warranty.

Do not waste your money
The media could not be loaded. Absolute worst juicer I have ever used. Took around 20 minutes to assemble after trying to slot parts into place. I juiced celery, betroot, apple, pear and ginger and cut them up into small pieces to fit through the feeder. The celery/ beetroot leaves were not juiced properly and immediately clogged the part where the pulp comes out. I took the machine apart to unclog and spent another 30 minutes trying to slot part back in place to continue juicing until i gave up altogether. Will be returning. After all that, the juice came out lumpy- the consistency of a watery smoothie.

Operation is really straight forward
I'm a vegetarian who also doesn't eat much fruit. As daft as it sounds, I can enjoy a glass of juice especially apple. I find that really refreshing but don't ask me to eat an apple. I know, call the guys with the white coats! All credit due to the manufacturers of fruit juices you can get in the supermarket, they're not the same as freshly juiced fruit. I've tried juicers in the past, but they all end up as ornaments for the kitchen. When I saw this one on Amazon it looked better than anything I've tried in the past. I was somewhat surprised when it arrived as to the size of the box. This is a monster. Assembling all the parts took me a while with a quick glance at the manual. At first, it looks complicated but it isn't really. Everything is quite logical. Having to assemble the juicer gives you chance to appreciate the sturdiness of the design.Operation is really straight forward. You place your cut up fruit through the top of the juicer and then use the pusher to force the fruit down the chute. From then on the juicer takes over and separates the juice from the fruit. There are two output areas, one is for the juice and the other for the discarded pips and pulp.Cleaning the juicer is fairly easy afterwards as long as you read the manual. They supply a brush, which looks like an oversized toothbrush, for this job.Overall, I'm very pleased with this juicer and I have the feeling that this one will be a stayer. Time to get rid of the other ones.
