Lost a star because of difficult removal of plastic protector
The ring you put in the wok to hold the baskets out of the water comes with a blue plastic film protector. Very difficult to get it off. I had to soak it in 3% ammonia for 30 minutes. I could then peal most of it off. The rest I had to use a plastic card to scrap off. Getting it out from under the metal edge took 15 minutes.Otherwise I like the construction so 4/5 stars.

El tamañode 10" es ideal, ni muy grande, ni muy pequeño.
Me agradó todo, el color de la madera, su capacidad, 2 niveles. Realmente funciona,los alimentos se cuecen rápidamente, tienen buen volor y buen sabor. El único detalle que cuesta en quitar es la película azul ,conque viene revestida la tapa reductora que va colocada encima de la olla. Pero después de la primera usada, se desprende más fácilmente.

Used for the first time- good quality and the bottom plate is super helpful in making a good deal and balancing on a variety of pots/pans.

Decent but there should be some type of notice about plastic coating on the ring.

Everyone needs one
Coming from Asisn background, this is a must have. To my surprised, this set is pretty strong and sturdy. It is well worth the price. We normally frequent dim sum restaurant and get the dumplings and bao. This has saved us a trip to the restaurant. The set comes with everything you need..chopsticks tongs silicone paper and sauce tray. In addition, it is so easy to clean. Love it!!!

The steamer is unusable
The top of the steamer does not fit the first tier. It is warped. The second tier has the lining sticking out into the tray. It is not attached to the rim. The blue plastic cannot be removed from the medal ring.Marilyn Robertson
