Works well when the air gap is restricted behind wall. I prefer the other style otherwise. You won't be able to expand the wings if sheetrock is larger than the listed range, best to know wall thickness and air gap behind size

This is simply the best anchor, most trustworthy to hold heavy stuff. I like that you can actually know that it spreads. Don't use any other kind of anchor since I discovered those ones

Super easy to install just follow the instructions. I hanged a medicine cabinet which is about 30 lbs using these anchors. No problems whatsoever. They make hanging heavy objects on walls easy. Highly recommended!
