I use this to prop myself up to sit with my legs crossed. My hips are tight so this helps out quite a bit. It is also very soft when going into child's pose.

Seriously better than I anticipated and I love coming home to my bolster.

It is a good quality bolster made with dense foam that provides good support. Much better than using a pillow for restorative yoga poses.

This is wonderfully firm, but you can feel the rectangular support on the inside. It's not uniformly firm.

I love the firmness of this bolster, it's not squashy like the bolsters at my yoga studio. The eco suede feels soft and the color is gorgeous (emerald). I can tell that it's made from quality materials and will be a useful addition to my yoga practice for many years.

It's been 2+ years and this Pillow still has perfect balance and even distribution of inner foam.

I have purchased several different types of stuffed products and several different laptop desks in my effort to find a thing to place my laptop on - hold my laptop computer when I am sitting in my stuffed chair. This Yoga meditation pad is by far the best thing I have found to hold my laptop so that I don't need to cross my legs. I get my notes and other things beside me and settle down on the couch with my laptop resting on this bolster. It is 6 inches high and 9 inches wide. The length is about 24 inches. These dimensions are just right for me. I recommend this item for the use I have just described. It comes with a outer carrying case which I intend to use as a "pillow" case. I will never need to wash the zipper cover itself. That cover fits so tight I have been afraid that if I unzipped it I would never get it zipped up again. This bolster is pretty solid and unlikely to ever change its rectangular shape as a result of the way I use it. Do try this thing as a laptop desk if you buy one. It might be the best thing you can do with it. I am sure it will work for Yoga if you understand it is pretty solid and won't easily change shape. But, it will bend enough to fit the contours of your neck, or other body parts. This bolster is sturdy and has not changed shape at all since I have been using it for a lap desk. Yet it is soft enough to serve as a Yoga meditation body support. It comes with a booklet that shows numerous positions which utilize this pillow. It is light weight and well worth the price. It is money well spent: it can save your legs from spots of lost circulation caused by frequent leg crossing; a habit I have been trying to break for years.

I was quite disappointed by the colour which is pictured to be significantly lighter (like a very soft lavender). However the quality of the bolster is great - extremely light making it perfect for travel and toting to class. The foam feels solid but I can see it starting to be slightly misshapen with use already (I’m only about 50kg). I would only buy if you want something that’s multifunctional and easy to travel with (I took mine on a week long road trip and it was fantastic. Most bolsters are hulking!).

Excellent yoga bolster pillow for someone a little smaller and with intermediate flexibility. I'm 1.7m and find this pillow a little short when using it in wide legged child pose. Someone less flexible will also need to get at least 2 of these to stack.Given that it's suitable for your physique, this is great quality, and beautiful to have around.

Love it, using it as a back rest in bed for support however missing the cover.The convenient carry handle makes transporting your bolster to class easy. Each bolster also comes with its own matching protective cotton bag... where is this?

Beautiful soft rose colour and very soft material. Excellent quality.

Feels soft on the skin and right amount of cushioning so it’s not too hard on my back.
