Works great for de-crystalizing honey
I have honey in 5 gallon buckets that has crystalized. I hooked this up to a DC power supply and adjusted the power to about 20 watts (I don't remember the exact power level I ended up with). I adjusted the power to warm the honey bucket to about 110F near the heater. Covered the bucket with blankets and left it for 3-4 days, stirring every day. The honey liquified and is in perfect condition.
