I have tried several different Magnesium Glycinate supplements that all caused me GI issues. This one did not cause me any GI issues and I loved the gummy vs swallowing multiple huge capsules. The amount of elemental magnesium in 2 gummies is very high, which is what I was looking for. I have restless leg by using this supplement I have been able to cut down to only having to use 1 prescription med at night instead of 2. Often even with 2 prescriptions I would still have symptoms and had a hard time falling asleep. Now I have no symptoms and sleep great without any side effects the next day, including GI upset. I can definitely tell I am getting into a deeper sleep.

For me the biggest hang ups with supplements are usually taste, texture and the like. I have loved the taste and they give me a benefit I feel less tired than before I started taking them. I do feel like they stick together in the bottle though which is kind of annoying, but I get by. Not sure if it is because of the way they are transported with the summer heat and sitting in the mailbox, or if the product is just prone to that. Would be happy if they could find a way to resolve that but it won't keep me from buying. I love the other benefits.

I didn't realize they had melatonin when I first bought it, took it in the day and was sleepy for a while. They do what they're supposed to, help with sleep and provide me with focus throughout the day. Gummies remained soft the whole time I had them, they didn't stiffen up with age like some other ones do

It's almost never possible to say whether a supplement is effective after only a week or two, and sometimes one doesn't realize until after stopping the supplement and discovering a deficiency, showing that it had indeed been producing a good result. For this reason, I can't say yet that this magnesium is effective. I can say that it tastes good, melts well in the mouth, and is a good value for the money, providing 211.5 mg of elemental Mg per gummy. I'll continue to use it.

Over the years, I have tried/used many Magnesium glycinate gummies, I take them at night before bed for a sleep aid. I am going to share my findings and recommendations (you might want to grab a cup of coffee or tea for the long read :)I previously tried BELIVE (always suspect brand names that are spelled oddly) brand-single ingredient gummies (sugar free), I have to say, that brand was the best for falling asleep fast/staying asleep, and they don't stick together, taste really good, and only ONE active ingredient MG. I would have continued to use that brand forever, but my last order I finally discovered the mystery of where they are manufactured-- listed in very subtle print, yep, China, I am forced to buy a lot of things made in China, but I refuse to ingest supplements or foods made there.So, my next and current brand is ADNDALE MG with other Magnesium forms, Ashwagandha and lemon balm. They work fantastic also. But I researched Ashwagandha, and it appears that one shouldn't take it long-term, as no long-term studies have been done. The label says "formulated" in the USA, and distributed by an Ireland co., however, their website states made in the USA.I found LUNAKAI brand-MG with L-Theanine (why must they add other unnecessary ingredients?), made in the USA! They are tasty, don't stick together too much...BUT apparently the L-theanine caused me to have insane dreams, unpleasant and blood-pressure raising, heart-palpitation kind of dreams where I would wake up feeling so stressed, it would take me a half hour to calm down. Every. single. night. For a whole bottles worth. I had to discontinue use ---they were ruining my nights and mornings.I confirmed it was the L-theanine ingredient causing the horrid dreams after starting on this EARTHBARE (again, odd name is suspect) MG with pre/probiotics, no more "stressmares" once I started these.However, with the EARTHBARE gummies, I did start having heart palpitations and anxiety minutes after chewing the 2 gummies, and I wasn't falling asleep quickly as with the other brands. At first, I didn't connect the dots, thought it was maybe something I ate earlier. But the anxiety/fast heartbeat was occurring EVERY evening for over a week that I tried them. I no longer take these either, for that reason and also, the fact that the label (see pics) has absolutely zero contact, manufacturing or even distributed by info!--------->Like other reviewers have mentioned, this is a suspect product, from a suspect company.I found their funky website, which is also suspect and vague, strange wording-something like "we sometimes visit our facilities locations and try out the gummies" LOL. Ehhhmkay then.Just like the labels, the website makes zero mention of facility/office/distribution addresses, and any contact information etc. How do these people operate a supplement business on Amazon with no contact information or address information? How can they be held accountable should a health problem arise with the product? No more for me.I'm back to ADNDALE brand MG, I'll just take breaks away from the gummies for the long-term ashwagandha consumption concern I have.I do not recommend Earthbare MG. Be suspicious, very suspicious with this product/company.

Very yummy to my tummy! Not only do these gummies work with in minutes, if you are using these gummies for calming and or sleep they work. I’m asleep 15 minutes after taking them I love the sense of calm that I feel within 5 minutes… Great purchase.

This is the second order I've placed for this product. First order took a couple weeks for delivery. When I got them all the gummies were stuck together as if they had been stored in a hot warehouse. The flavor was good so I put up with having to pry them apart thinking perhaps it was just a one-off thing with the packaging. Just got my second order which took two weeks to deliver. Once again all the gummies are stuck together. I will once again put up with it until this order is gone but will look for a different brand. So disappointing!

The flavor is very nice. My spouse and I both take this product daily. We had previously been using another flavored chewable magnesium, but it had a chalky residue that felt gritty upon swallowing. This is much easier to take and has an enjoyable flavor.
