Q: Is the bodrum bistro nouveau model much better than the brazil model to merit being £10 more expensive? - just wondering which is best to buy.

I only ever purchased bistro nouveau - quality reinforced glass / easy to clean / stable when hot but I do no know about the brazil model, K

Q: Are these dishwasher safe

It is. But the glass is frágil so it requires placing it in dishwasher where it won’t fall, or else will break easily.

Q: I have just bought this model and is the handle supposed to wobble - it moves away from the glass?

Good morning. Although the handle does wobble, it is safe to use (I’ve had mine for many months with no issues)
