I bought this for my daughter after she had her baby. She used it but stopped because she felt pain on her incision from the C-section. They work well but not right after a c-section.

It’s work okay but hard to keep all belts in at the same time.!

I recommend this belt to anyone that has extra stomach fat. It covers all the areas of the abdomen. I wear it for 8 hours a day while at work and I have noticed my stomach decreasing in size and shape. It does not make you sweat so I use a sweat wrap underneath the belt. It adjusts easily. You can not see it through your clothes. It is a very comfortable belt and easy to apply.

The different components makes it easy to use at the various stages of recovery. Plus it allows you to focus on specific areas based on the placement of the straps. Great purchase. Better than most! Quality was great, as well!

This binder saved me after my abdominal surgery. The best and most practical part is that it comes in 3 pieces: one for the stomach area (fitting right under the bra area)/ one for the belly area (around your belly button) / one smaller piece for the abdominal area (around your hips). You can use all three or just one, depending on which area you need support. After my surgery (c-sec) I mainly used the belly and the small abdominal binders. It held me in while I healed and I still use it when my back aches. The support it gives is great. I highly recommend for anyone with back problems or surgery.

Too much back coverage, not enough belly coverage. 3 layers of flimsy boning that simultaneously stab, pinch, and bulge. 3 peices don't secure to each other and move all around. Super painful and not at all functional! Not worth the money.
